The CHCA organizes many community events each year. Events include:

  • Neighborhood-wide Yard Sales

  • Spring Plant Sale Fundraiser
  • Holiday House Tours
  • Neighborhood Picnics
  • Martin Luther King Day Salad Luncheon
  • Simply Social Dinner events at area establishments

Monday, Jan 15               Martin Luther King Salad Luncheon

Join us  for lunch starting at noon on Martin Luther King Day.  We meet at Mt. Hope Church.  The parking lot and entrance is at the back of the building.  You will see signs directing you to the parish hall.  We will have a short business meeting and then listen to our two speakers,  Jayme Visnesky of Penn Hills Lawn and Garden; and Kathy Raborn of the Penn Hills the tree commission. Admission is $2 plus please bring a salad that feeds eight people to share. 

Wednesday, March 7         CHCA Meeting

CHCA board members will conduct a regular meeting and committee members present their reports starting 6:45 p.m. at the Penn Hills Library, 1037 Stotler Road. Meetings are open to all residents. Please contact us ahead of time if you'd like to speak so we can be sure to give you some time on our agenda.

An Easter Egg Hunt at the Crescent Hills Park with prizes and the Easter Bunny. 10AM.

Saturday, May                        Spring Plant Sale

​At Crescent Hills Park between 9AM and Noon we'll be having our annual plant sale.

Monday, May 28                    Memorial Day Picnic 

Bring the family and a dish come to the Crescent Hills Park to celebrate Memorial Day with all your neighbors.
